Great video guys, but could you put timestamps in these videos for the different whiskies in the outturn? Means I could find the one I'm interested in to get a bit of a deeper dive on.

I absolutely loved being a member, but the membership is too expensive for what you get now, and there aren't any members or partner bars in the north-east of England, so no point being a member really. The bottles are becoming increasingly expensive for very basic things, in my opinion. The sale prices are more realistic, but I won't pay the membership to just wait for the sales.

Another great selection for August. Looking forward to trying some of these out in Greville St. on Saturday - Thank you for your insights into this outturn. 👍

They were clearly afraid to say the distillery they liked. They must have been made to feel like it was wrong to do so in the way you presented

I wonder how many other Islay brand whisky’s that do not have a distillery on Islay exist? For example in the states we have Finlaggan but when traveling to Islay I was told there is no Finlaggan distillery there but rather located in Glasgow.

Great film. In the Pacific Northwest of the US. We say it takes one year per inch for newly cut lumber to dry for use as lumber. Approx 11 %. Spain is a lot hotter and dryer, than here, so the time can be faster. I had to laugh at the man at the Sherry house wearing a Dead Kennedy's concert t-shirt. What does a new barrel cost SMWS?

Other differences…single malt whisky is made from malted barley which is far more interesting and expensive than corn. It is fermented and distilled off the grain.

Ironically learned this at a gin tasting. But they said their professional tasters always cut the spirit with water so as to better assess the flavour.
